How to Scale Your Service System

Hey guys!

Today I am announcing something really exciting. It’s my new course, Scale Your Service System and I really designed this course to be for the person who is trying to grow their service-based business to six figures and beyond the head.

This course is really all about giving you all the tools that I learned and developed while I was building and scaling my service-based business, my marketing agency AND while I was working full time at my day job. We go into how to plan the vision of growing and scaling your business to make sure that you really create a business that you want and that you find valuable because so many people end up focusing so much on growing their business that once they hit their revenue goal, they’re unhappy. They begin to look around and think, this business isn't lighting me up or giving me what I want from life.

The most important thing is what you want that business in terms of how it's going to change your life. I think that's important and something a lot of us don't think about when we're growing a business but it's so important to make sure that you aren't creating a business that you don't like and that you don't love. And a lot of times when that happens, we see both people they kind of just burn it to the ground and they have to start all over again because they realize they've created a job for themselves and they're not feeling fulfilled by their own business. We really go into how to plan the 30,000 foot vision of your business and set up a growth plan so that you know what you need to do each step of the way to get to your ultimate goal in your business, your revenue goal, how much you're working, all of that good stuff, but in a way that feels good for you that's really sustainable and that isn't going to burn you out.

Then, we really look at how you can systematize your business better by using automations identifying what you can outsource identifying what needs systems and processes around it and how to set up those systems and processes so that you have a business that's running really efficiently, especially for my service based business owners that are still a team of one they're solopreneurs and they're trying to figure out how can I continue to grow and bring on more new clients while still serving the current clients without working 24/7 without working all the time and totally burning yourself out. So that systematize section is going to be super key for all those people and we really show you giving you the tools and the knowledge and understanding to be able to identify the systems and processes and automations and outsourcing and all those things that you need in your business right now to make it run more efficiently but also as your business grows as your business evolves.

This course is really focused on giving you the tools and understanding you need to be an effective business owner every step of the way, not just where you're at right now because as your business grows as your business changes, you will encounter different questions, different problems, right. And so I really want you to know how to approach those problems, how to figure out what's the right move, what's the next step, what is going to make the most sense for where your business is at that point, right? And so that's going to be something that's super, super important. And then the next thing that we really touch on is hiring right especially in a service based business. There's going to be a point for most people where you need some help, even if that's just a virtual assistant helping you with some low level work right and you're still doing a lot of the execution for your clients, even if it's something as small as that most of us are going to need to have some sort of support some sort of help, especially if like, you know, maybe you want to take a vacation every once in a while and you don't know how to do that without having your business come to a grinding halt. Right. Maybe you need to plan for your maternity leave. Right and how can your business continue running? While you're out on maternity leave? That's something that I just had to go through this past year when I had my daughter right. And we had our best year ever last year. Even though I was on maternity leave for, you know, the last five months of the year. So this is something that is super key not just what position you hire for. But how do you find good candidates? How

do you go through that interview process? How do you train them onboard them because a lot of the time, you're at a point where you are like oh my God, I need help. I don't have time to get everything done in a day. But I have no time to find someone and interview them and hire them and then train them. I know time to do that. So you put off the hiring process.

This really walks you through how you can know when it's a good time to hire what you need to do how to make that process as seamless and easy and fast for you as possible. And then how to make the training process so easy. For example, I need to set aside maybe an hour for new hires some hires depending on the position I don't need. It takes no time for me at all right? But that's because we've really set this process up very, very specifically and we've really made that process a well oiled machine and then we really go into scaling. How can you find new clients? How can you bring them on? How can you scale in a way where you're yes, you're making more revenue, but you're able to scale your time or your team and support in a way that is going to enable you to scale the business in a way that really makes sense, right? And that's where having that first vision that plan that 30,000 foot view of your business becomes really important when we're coming to the scaling portion. Because that's going to enable you to scale in a way that feels good for you because no business is exactly the same. Some of us want to build, you know, hundreds, you know, I just want to pay myself $100,000 a year. That's it. That's all I care about. So how much does the business need to make for me to be able to pay myself $100,000 A year and only have to work 20 hours and be able to take vacations or stay home with my kid or whatever right? Other people want to build a seven figure business right? So the choices you make the decisions you make and how you do those things. How you apply those skills is going to be different depending on what your goal is for your own business. And so that's what we really, really focus on in this course. It's teaching you how to be an effective service based business owner how to see opportunities, how to recognize red flags, all of these things, so that you can be really, really effective and make those decisions and drive that ultimate strategy.
